This is one absolutely delicious salad! It's a sweet, tart, crunchy, and savory party for your taste buds! Serves 8 side salads or 4 large mains.Yields approximately one pint of salad dressing.

Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons grainy stone ground mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons pancake syrup
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pinch each salt and pepper
- SALAD:
- 1 - romaine lettuce head, washed and torn/cut bite-size
- 1 large carrot, sliced into thin coins
- 1 cup cooked turkey, chicken or pork loin, cut bite-size
- 1 large tart apple, peeled and cored, cut bite-size (not too thick)
- 1/4 bag dried cranberry and candied pecan salad topper (1/4 c.)
How To Make flavors of fall salad and dressing

Step 1ln a small bowl or large liquid measuring cup, make the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, mustard, and oil until smooth.

Step 2Gradually whisk in the vinegar.

Step 3Add remaining dressing ingredients, whisking until well combined.

Step 4Cover and refrigerate until needed (or pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid). Shake well before using. Makes 1 3/4 cups salad dressing.

Step 5In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

Step 6Add dressing just before serving. Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
