Ingredients
- 1 can 14-oz artichoke hearts, in water, drained
- 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 - red onion, sliced
How To Make easy salad with artichokes

Step 1In a large bowl, combine lettuce, onion and artichoke hearts. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic. Pour enough dressing over salad to coat and toss well. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
