  • 1 can(s)
    14-oz artichoke hearts, in water, drained
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable or olive oil
  • 4 c
    mixed salad greens
  • 3 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2
    red onion, sliced

How to Make Easy Salad with Artichokes

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, onion and artichoke hearts.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic.

    Pour enough dressing over salad to coat and toss well. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
