Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6 anchovy filets
- 1 tablespoon anchovy oil
- CROUTONS
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 slices sourdough bread cubed
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- SALAD
- 3 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- shaved Parmesan, for serving
How To Make easy caesar salad

Step 1To make the dressing, add the mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and anchovy filets to a food processor. While processing, drizzle in the olive oil and anchovy oil. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Place in the fridge.

Step 2Add the olive oil to a large pan. Add the bread pieces and season with paprika. Stir and turn the croutons until browned and crispy. Set aside in a bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Step 3Mix the romaine with the dressing. Top with shaved Parmesan and croutons.
