Ingredients
- 1 package fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of dried cranberries
- SALAD DRESSING
- 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
How To Make cranberry spinach salad

Step 1In a bowl, combine the spinach, pecans, and cranberries.

Step 2In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake well.

Step 3Drizzle over salad and toss to coat; serve immediately. 6-8 servings.
