We made this wonderful salad at Casa Ybel in Sanibel Island Fl, and it was just fantastic as well as easy. We did add Almond Accents, and you could add cooked shredded chicken if you wanted to make it a meal...

salad spinach
1/2 c

craisins
red onion slices
4 slice

bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c

honey
1/2 c

lime juice
2 Tbsp

Wash and clean spinach, divide onto 4 plates. Top each with 2 tablespoons craisins, bacon and onion slices. Combine dressing ingredients in a small glass bowl, with a whisk. Heat in microwave on high 1 min to warm.
