I just love this recipe for Cobb salad! Don't know where I got this recipe as it is handwritten by me and the ink on the paper is getting faded.

Ingredients
- 1/2 - head iceburg lettuce (abt 4 cups)
- 1 small head curly endive ( abt 2 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 - head romaine lettuce (abt 2 1/2 cups)
- 1 bunch watercress (bottom stems removed)
- 2 - tomatoes , peeled and diced
- 6 - strips crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 - whole boneless chicken breasts,boiled, diced
- 3 - hard boiled eggs,chopped into small pieces
- 1 - ripe avocado,peeled,diced just before serving
- 3/4 cup roquefort blue cheese,crumbled
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
- - dressing:
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 - clove garlic
- 3/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make cobb salad

Step 1Cut all the lettuce and 1/2 of the watercress in a salad bowl.

Step 2Arrange tomatoes, bacon, chicken, eggs, avocado and cheese in strips on greens.

Step 3Sprinkle the chives over the entire salad and garnish with the remaining watercress.

Step 4TO MAKE THE DRESSING;

Step 5In a medium bowl, blend together all the ingredients except the oil. Add oil and mix well.

Step 6Just before serving, drizzle salad with dressing.
