Ingredients
- - 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
- - 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- - 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- - 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- - 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp. ketchup
- - 3/4 tsp. salt
- - 1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- - 1/4 tsp. sugar
- - 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- - 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- - 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
- - 3/4 cup sliced large white mushrooms
- - 1/4 cup bias sliced celery
- - 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- - 1/4 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
- - 1 cup crisp chow mein noodles
How To Make chinese noodle and vegetable salad

Step 1To make dressing, mix the oil, white wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, salt, grated ginger, sugar and ground pepper in a food processor or blender. Cover and process til well blended. Set aside.

Step 2In large bowl, toss together the lettuce, broccoli florets, mushrooms, celery, carrot and bell pepper. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss well to coat. Spoon salad onto 4 plates; sprinkle with chow mein noodles and serve.
