Ingredients For cheddar apple & walnut salad

  • CREAMY CURRY DRESSING
  • 1/4 c
    greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped chives
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley chopped
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • salt and pepper
  • SALAD
  • 4 c
    baby salad greens
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
  • 2
    fuji apples sliced into strips
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    walnutss chopped
  • 1/4 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1 bunch
    scallions finely sliced

How To Make cheddar apple & walnut salad

    In a small bowl whisk all the dressing ingredients together and set aside.

    In four plates arrange the baby salad greens. Top with cheese, Toss the apple slices with lemon juice.Then arrange them on the plate

    Top with walnuts, cranberries, and scallions. Drizzle the dressing and serve
