- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon honey

- SALAD
- 4 cups baby salad greens
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
- 2 fuji apples sliced into strips
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup walnutss chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 bunch scallions finely sliced

Step 1In a small bowl whisk all the dressing ingredients together and set aside.

Step 2In four plates arrange the baby salad greens. Top with cheese, Toss the apple slices with lemon juice.Then arrange them on the plate
