I tried this at a pot-luck dinner in our neighborhood once and loved it. It goes great with most any meal, or just by itself! It's a great summertime recipe

  • 1 bunch
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 1
    lettuce head- washed, thoroughly dried, and cut up small
  • 1 lb
    bacon- fried crisp, drained, and crumbled
  • 1 small
    purple onion, diced
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded or cubed
  • 3/4 c
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cauliflower Salad


  1. toss lettuce and cauliflower with mayonnaise until thoroughly mixed
  2. add onion, cheese, and bacon, salt & pepper, and mix well
  3. cover and keep refrigerated (This is best when served the same day it's made....which shouldn't be a problem because it seems to go fast! :)
