  • 1 large
    head of lettuce
  • 9 oz
    bag of corn chips (9 ounce bag)
  • 1 can(s)
    red beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can(s)
    chow mein noodles (small)
  • 1/2 c
    catalina dressing
  • 1 small
  • 1 pkg
    cherry tomatoes (small package)
  • 1/4 c
    almonds, slivered
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Catalina Crunchy Salad


  1. Chop lettuce and mix all ingredients except chips, chow mein noodles,almonds, and Catalina Dressing.
  2. Just prior to serving mix remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
