caesar salad with chicken
After leaving college, I decided that I was going to learn how to cook. My 2nd REAL job out of college gave me a gift certificate for Christmas to a local bookstore. It was more trendy than useful, as bookstores go, so I ended up in the cookbook section. Disdaining the classic Betty Crocker (cookery bible), I decided to go with the new Pillsbury Cookbook. And I haven't had a bad recipe out of it yet. And this one is a favorite in my home!
