Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 large egg yolk beaten
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 anchobvy filets chopped
- 1 tablespoon drained capers
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup olive oil
- white pepper
- ASIAGO TUILES
- 1 cup shredded asiago cheese shredded
How To Make caesar salad with asiago tuiles

Step 1First make the Tuiles. Preheat oven 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a 4 inch cookie cutter on the paper and sprinkle a even layer of shredded cheese inside. Continue making cheese circles leaving about 2 inches in between. You will have about 6. You only need 4 but they are a great snack Place in the oven and bake until cheese is melted and browned. About 6 or 7 minutes.

Step 3To make the dressing. Combine the egg yolk, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, dry mustard, anchoyies, and capers in a blender. Process to blend and with the motor running slowly add the oil through the hole in the lid.

Step 4Stir in the parmesan and white pepper. Plate the romaine, Dress with the dressing and add a tuile to the top
