Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 small anchovy fillets
  • 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 large egg

How To Make caesar salad - bruce's style

  • Step 1
    Rub a salad bowl with the cut garlic - add salt, pepper, mustard, sugar, lemon juice and anchovy fillets ((or I use the anchovy paste) and mash well until smooth. Add vinegar, oil and beaten egg - mix well until blended with a fork
