Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 small anchovy fillets
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 large egg
How To Make caesar salad - bruce's style

Step 1Rub a salad bowl with the cut garlic - add salt, pepper, mustard, sugar, lemon juice and anchovy fillets ((or I use the anchovy paste) and mash well until smooth. Add vinegar, oil and beaten egg - mix well until blended with a fork
