    garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pkg
    anchovies
  • 4
    bacon, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • ·
    hot sauce, drops
  • 2
    egg yolk
  • 3 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1
    sesame seeds, toasted and crushed
  • ·
    croutons
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2
    lemon

How to Make Caesar For Two

Step-by-Step

  1. Capers Crush garlic in oil with fork in bowl
  2. Add 1/2 can anchovies,capers & chop mince with oil
  3. Separate egg yolks in small bowl and add to mixing bowl
  4. Add worcestershire sauce, lemon, tabasco, vinegar and bacon bits mix well
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes
  6. Toss salad and add croutons and cheese
