This is one of my favorite lunches (or light dinners)

  • 2 c
    spinach, fresh baby leaves
  • 1/4 c
    feta cheese chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    walnut pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    sunflower seeds (not in hull)
  • 3 Tbsp
    craisins or 4 strawberries sliced crossways
  • 20
    sprays asian or oriental salad spritzer

How to Make Baby Spinach Salad


  1. Rinse spinach leaves in collander and let drain. Arrange on pretty plate or bowl.
  2. Sprinkle on the cheese, nuts, seeds, and fruit. Spray with spritzer.
  3. Sneak to your own little corner and make contented little noises as you enjoy a healthy meal. Yummmmm.
