Baby Lettuce Salad with Tart Raspberry Vinaigrette

raspberry vineger
2 Tbsp
rich lamb stock
1 dash(es)
black pepper, coarsely ground
1 tsp
1 tsp
chives, fresh/chopped
4 c
baby lettuce leaves


1Stir together oil, vinegar, and lamb stock in a small bowl.
2Add herbs as close to serving time as possible.
3Toss with baby lettuce and serve.
