Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 teaspoons raspberry vineger
  • 2 tablespoons rich lamb stock
  • 1 dash black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chives, fresh/chopped
  • 4 cups baby lettuce leaves

How To Make baby lettuce salad with tart raspberry vinaigrette

  • Step 1
    Stir together oil, vinegar, and lamb stock in a small bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add herbs as close to serving time as possible.
  • Step 3
    Toss with baby lettuce and serve.
