  • 6-8 c
    chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium
    pears, chopped
  • 1 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 8 slice
    bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
  • 4-6 oz
    gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • ·
    poppy seed salad dressing ( marzetti)
  • ·
    balsamic vinaigrette ( newman's own lt balsamic vinaigrette)

How to Make Autumn Chopped Salad


  1. In a bowl combine lettuce, pears, cranberries, pecans, bacon, and cheese.
  2. In small bowl combine 70 percent poppy seed dressing and 30 percent balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Drizzle over salad.
