This recipe was given to me by a co-worker /friend and is my very favorite Asian salad. I haven't tasted one I like any better.

Ingredients
- 1/2 - head cabbage
- 1/2 - head lettuce
- 4 - stalks celery
- 4 - green onions
- 1 package slivered almonds, sauteed in butter; drained
- 1 package pork flavored ramen noodles
How To Make asian salad - stephanie

Step 1Tear lettuce and cabbage into small pieces or shreds. Mix cabbage, lettuce, celery, onions, and slivered almonds together; add Ramen noodles just before serving.

Step 2Dressing: 6 T. vinegar, 1 c. oil, 4 T. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper. Pork spice package from Ramen noodles. Mix all of these ingredients well and pour over above mixture just before serving. ENJOY!
