    baby spinach
  • 2 c
    baby kale
  • 1 c
    snow peas
  • 1 medium
    red bell pepper
  • 1 c
  • 1 1/2 c
    mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 c
    sliced almonds

How to Make Asian Salad


  1. Slice bell pepper into thin strips.
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Gently toss to mix.
