Had this at my friends house and commented on how good it was and where did she get the recipe-she said "don't you remember you made it up and served it last year at on of your parties" She suggested that when I'm in a creative mood i write these things down otherwise these goodies will be lost forever. I might add that you can use any greens to line the plate and probably substitute the salad dressing but- really the ranch is so good and most people like it. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • lettuce bunch
    lettuce leaves
  • tomatoes
    thinly sliced
  • red onion
    thinly sliced
  • feta
    or blue cheese
  • 6 slices
    crisp bacon
  • Peppercorn
    ranch dressing

How to Make Anytime Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Line plate with lettuce leaves, add slices of tomato and thinly sliced red onion rings. Add as much as you want of blue or feta cheese. Drizzle with either plain Ranch or Peppercorn ranch dressing. Crumble crispy fried bacon on top and serve, Delish and so easy!
