Amazing Bouley Salad

This is the simplest of recipes from left over white rice and poached chicken tender's added to lettuce. I came up with this when I was a teen and still love it to this day! It's healthy and scrumptious!

3 oz
or 2 poached chicken tender’s, chopped small cubes (3oz.)

1/2 c
cooked white rice
2 c
romaine lettuce, chopped (or favorite’s mixed)
2 Tbsp
italian seasoning salad dressing
1 Tbsp
shredded asiago cheese or swiss (optional)


1In small bowl, put chicken and white rice together, cover with plastic wrap or damp paper towel and heat for 1 minute in microwave just until warmed through.
2In separate bowl, add chopped lettuce then add the heated chicken and rice mixture on top.
3Add your Italian salad dressing and mix. You may top it with cheese as it is optional.
