amazing bouley salad
This is the simplest of recipes from left over white rice and poached chicken tender's added to lettuce. I came up with this when I was a teen and still love it to this day! It's healthy and scrumptious!

Ingredients
- 3 ounces or 2 poached chicken tender’s, chopped small cubes (3oz.)

- 1/2 cup cooked white rice
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped (or favorite’s mixed)
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon shredded asiago cheese or swiss (optional)
How To Make amazing bouley salad

Step 1In small bowl, put chicken and white rice together, cover with plastic wrap or damp paper towel and heat for 1 minute in microwave just until warmed through.

Step 2In separate bowl, add chopped lettuce then add the heated chicken and rice mixture on top.

Step 3Add your Italian salad dressing and mix. You may top it with cheese as it is optional.
