amazing bouley salad

This is the simplest of recipes from left over white rice and poached chicken tender's added to lettuce. I came up with this when I was a teen and still love it to this day! It's healthy and scrumptious!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces or 2 poached chicken tender’s, chopped small cubes (3oz.)
  • - see my poached chicken tender's recipe!
  • 1/2 cup cooked white rice
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped (or favorite’s mixed)
  • 2 tablespoons italian seasoning salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon shredded asiago cheese or swiss (optional)

How To Make amazing bouley salad

  • Step 1
    In small bowl, put chicken and white rice together, cover with plastic wrap or damp paper towel and heat for 1 minute in microwave just until warmed through.
  • Step 2
    In separate bowl, add chopped lettuce then add the heated chicken and rice mixture on top.
  • Step 3
    Add your Italian salad dressing and mix. You may top it with cheese as it is optional.
