Ingredients
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 - strips of crisp bacon (crumbled)
- 1 - head of lettuce (shredded)
- 2 stalks celery (sliced thin)
- 1 medium onion (chopped fine)
- 10 ounces package of frozen peas, cooked & drained
- 1 large pepper, sliced thin
- 2 large carrots, grated fine
- 4 - hard cooked eggs, grated
- TOPPING
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make 7 layer salad

Step 1Spread layers of lettuce, add other ingredeints in layers except cheese & bacon

Step 2Spread mayonnaise mixture over salad. Sprinkle with cheese & bacon. Refrigerate 8 hours in covered 9X13 pan.
