Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp
    hredded carrot
  • 1 bag(s)
    spinach
  • 3 tsp
    dry roasted peants
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 tsp
    chicken flavor
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 5 tsp
    black vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    white sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce

How to Make 17 Spinach and Peanut Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash spinach and boil for 5 seconds then blanch in cold water. Set Aside.
  2. Prepare 3 teaspoons roasted peanuts and set aside.
  3. Chop garlic,carrots and dried chili.
  4. Combine Spinach, add salt, soy sauce, chicken flavor, dried chili, minced garlic and sesame oil. Stir well.
  5. After combining ingredients, add vinegar and carrot. Mix together
  6. Pour dry roasted peanuts into the marinated spinach and enjoy!
