Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons hredded carrot
  • 1 bag spinach
  • 3 teaspoons dry roasted peants
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chicken flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 teaspoons black vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

How To Make 17 spinach and peanut salad

  • Step 1
    Wash spinach and boil for 5 seconds then blanch in cold water. Set Aside.
  • Step 2
    Prepare 3 teaspoons roasted peanuts and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Chop garlic,carrots and dried chili.
  • Step 4
    Combine Spinach, add salt, soy sauce, chicken flavor, dried chili, minced garlic and sesame oil. Stir well.
  • Step 5
    After combining ingredients, add vinegar and carrot. Mix together
  • Step 6
    Pour dry roasted peanuts into the marinated spinach and enjoy!
