Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons hredded carrot
- 1 bag spinach
- 3 teaspoons dry roasted peants
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon dry pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chicken flavor
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 teaspoons black vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon white sugar or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
How To Make 17 spinach and peanut salad

Step 1Wash spinach and boil for 5 seconds then blanch in cold water. Set Aside.

Step 2Prepare 3 teaspoons roasted peanuts and set aside.

Step 3Chop garlic,carrots and dried chili.

Step 4Combine Spinach, add salt, soy sauce, chicken flavor, dried chili, minced garlic and sesame oil. Stir well.

Step 5After combining ingredients, add vinegar and carrot. Mix together

Step 6Pour dry roasted peanuts into the marinated spinach and enjoy!
