hredded carrot

spinach
3 tsp
dry roasted peants
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1/4 tsp
dry pepper
1/2 tsp
sesame oil
1 tsp
chicken flavor
1/2 tsp
salt
5 tsp
black vinegar or white vinegar
1 tsp
white sugar or brown sugar
1 tsp
soy sauce

How to Make 17 Spinach and Peanut Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Wash spinach and boil for 5 seconds then blanch in cold water. Set Aside.
  • 2Prepare 3 teaspoons roasted peanuts and set aside.
  • 3Chop garlic,carrots and dried chili.
  • 4Combine Spinach, add salt, soy sauce, chicken flavor, dried chili, minced garlic and sesame oil. Stir well.
  • 5After combining ingredients, add vinegar and carrot. Mix together
  • 6Pour dry roasted peanuts into the marinated spinach and enjoy!
