ww spinach- pear salad with orange dressing

Some of you have been asking for Weight Watchers recipes. I have 4 books of WW recipes and I will post the ones that I have tried. This salad I made for a friend when she came to dinner who was on WW and she loved it...so did we and now its on our regular menu... Whats also nice is that you can add to it without affecting the points value...mushrooms are good on this too. We love it!! *not my pic

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate, undiluted
  • 3 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise....i use my homemade even though its not fat free.if you use regular mayo it will change the point value i think.
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 package 6 oz fresh baby spinach
  • 2 - pears , thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

How To Make ww spinach- pear salad with orange dressing

  • Step 1
    Combine the 1st 3 ingredients and whisk together, Divide all the spinach among the plates and arrange pear slices over top, add pecans. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
  • Step 2
    NOTE: 1 serving =1 point Serving size is 1 1/3 cups
