Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons onions, minced
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 10 cups romaine lettuce torn into pieces
- 1 - bosc pear, chopped
- 1 - apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup cranberries/raisins or craisins
- 1 cup cashews
- 8 oz - shredded swiss cheese
How To Make winter fruit salad

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients for the salad dressing. If you don't like a mustard dressing, you can substitute a good bottled Poppyseed salad dressing and leave out the poppy seeds. Mix the lettuce, fruit, cashews and cheese. Add dressing and mix.
