Wild Rice & Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

1- 8oz pkgrice, long-grain/wild rice blend (microwave pkg)

1 csweetened dried cranberries
-
1 cfresh broccoli flowerets
-
4green onions
-
3celery ribs
-
1- 2oz jar(s)pimientos (diced & drained)

1/2 csweet & sour dressing (kroger brand)

1 jar(s)peanuts, dry roasted
How to Make Wild Rice & Cranberry Salad
- Prep: Microwave & Refrigerate Wild Rice. Cut Broccoli florets into small pieces, chop onions (use part of green too), chop celery into small pieces.
- In large bowl, combine chilled rice, cranberries, onions, celery, pimientos. Stir in broccoli then gently stir in salad dressing.
