1- 8oz pkg
rice, long-grain/wild rice blend (microwave pkg)
1 c
sweetened dried cranberries
1 c
fresh broccoli flowerets
green onions
celery ribs
1- 2oz jar(s)
pimientos (diced & drained)
1/2 c
sweet & sour dressing (kroger brand)
1 jar(s)
peanuts, dry roasted

How to Make Wild Rice & Cranberry Salad


  • 1Prep: Microwave & Refrigerate Wild Rice. Cut Broccoli florets into small pieces, chop onions (use part of green too), chop celery into small pieces.
  • 2In large bowl, combine chilled rice, cranberries, onions, celery, pimientos. Stir in broccoli then gently stir in salad dressing.
  • 3Cover & chill at least 2 hours. Top individual servings with a few dry roasted peanuts.
