Ingredients
- 1- 8oz packages rice, long-grain/wild rice blend (microwave pkg)
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1 cup fresh broccoli flowerets
- 4 - green onions
- 3 - celery ribs
- 1- 2oz jars pimientos (diced & drained)
- 1/2 cup sweet & sour dressing (kroger brand)
- 1 jar peanuts, dry roasted
How To Make wild rice & cranberry salad

Step 1Prep: Microwave & Refrigerate Wild Rice. Cut Broccoli florets into small pieces, chop onions (use part of green too), chop celery into small pieces.

Step 2In large bowl, combine chilled rice, cranberries, onions, celery, pimientos. Stir in broccoli then gently stir in salad dressing.

Step 3Cover & chill at least 2 hours. Top individual servings with a few dry roasted peanuts.
