I don't know why we call it salad...it is a desert and has absolutely no salad in it!!!

Ingredients

1 pint sour cream (16 oz)
2 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese-softened
1 - large bag of mini marshmallows
2 - 16 oz cans of fruit cocktail

How To Make white salad

Step 1

Drain fruit cocktail well

Step 2

Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream with mixer.
Step 3

Melt marshmallows and blend well with sour cream and cream cheese mixture.
Step 4

Add well drained fruit cocktail and mix well with a spoon.
Step 5

Mixture will be thick. Pour in bowl and refrigerate at least 4 - 6 hours before serving.
