Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 4 teaspoons white miso
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili crisp
- 6 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 8 cups cubed watermelon
- 2 cups heirloom tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1 cup Cheetos cheese puffs
How To Make watermelon tomato salad with sesame miso dressing

Step 1Place the sesame seeds and black sesame seeds in a coffee grinder and coarsely grind. Place in a bowl and add the rice vinegar, miso, sugar, soy sauce, and chili crisp.

Step 2Add in the oil and whisk until the miso is melted into a dressing.

Step 3Place the watermelon and tomatoes in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and carefully stir. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour for flavors to meld.

Step 4Place the Cheetos in a food processor and coarsely chop.

Step 5Place the watermelon salad in a bowl and top with scallions and Cheetos.
