How to Make Watermelon Cucumber Salad


  1. Boil the first 5 ingredients for 1 min. Let cool
  2. Cucumbers: Peel,leaving green and white: cut in 1/2 lengthwise, remove seeds, cut into pieces, toss with salt and let stand 30 min. & drain.
  3. Watermelon: take out seeds and cut into small cubes , sprinkle with salt and let stand 30 min. & drain
  4. Toss cucumbers & watermelon together after being drained & toss with the dressing. Refrigerate at least 30 min.
