Picked up this recipe at the local farmer's market last week. Recipe is courtesy of Kristen Sirbak of Beverly's Pastry Shop in Pottstown, PA.

    whole watermelon, balled or cubed
  • 1 pt
    fresh blueberries
  • 1 - 8 oz, pkg
    crumbled feta cheese
  • 1
    medium lemon
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    fresh mint, chopped

How to Make Watermelon Blueberry Salad


  1. Cut or ball watermelon, add blueberries, zest and juice of lemon, chopped mint, and olive oil.
  2. Refrigerate and add feta cheese right before serving.
