Ingredients
- 1 large granny smith or other tart green apple, cored but unpeeled
- 1 large delicious or other red apple, cored but unpeeled
- 1 large golden delicious apple, cored but unpeeled
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage (about 1/4 pound)
- 2 - stalks celery
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cider or apple juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make waldorf salad with red cabbage & cider dressing

Step 1Dice the apples. Place them in a salad bowl and toss with the lemon juice. Finely shred the cabbage. Dice the celery.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, cider and mustard. Add the cabbage, celery, raisins, walnuts and dressing to the apples in the salad bowl and toss to combine. You could also add turkey or chicken to it as well. Enjoy!
