I tried this at a weight watchers meeting, was recipe night..was a nice sweet treat and only 2 points per 1/2 cup...I went back on weight watchers today, so I will be making this, and will post a pic...

1 can(s)
(8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 c
vanilla low-fat yogurt
2 1/2 c
thawed cool whip free whipped topping, divided

How to Make W/W low fat Watergate Salad


  • 1Stir dry pudding mix, pineapple and yogurt in large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in 2 cups of whipped topping; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour...serve topped with remaining whipped topping.
  • 22 points per 1/2 cup serving
