- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
- 2 - apples, cored and diced
- 2/3 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Step 1In large bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add turkey, apples and celery; Toss. Cover and chill. Just before serving sprinkle with pecans. Makes 4-6 servings.
