  • 3 cups sliced celery
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 6 cups limestone or butter lettuce
  • 3 cups lump crab meat
  • 2 cups sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 cups sliced fresh papaya
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh coconut milk (not canned)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chutney,cut up
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder,east indian
  • - salt to taste
