Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1 - egg
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts
2 cups cut-up apples
8 ounces cool whip

How To Make taffy apple salad

Step 1

Cook the first 4 ingredients until thick and let it stand until cooled.

Step 2

Mix together the marshmallows,peanuts and apples.
Step 3

Add the cooled taffy mixture.
Step 4

Stir in the Cool whip.
Step 5

Chill and serve the same day.
