swiss apple salad
This is a wonderful fall salad! Or anytime!!! I love the flavor combination in here. Its a favorite among friends and great for luncheons.

Ingredients
- 3-4 - red and green apples, unpeeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper or to taste
- 2 cups seedless red and green grapes, halved
- 1 cup swiss cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, coursely chopped
- - romaine lettuce leaves, if desired
How To Make swiss apple salad

Step 1Gently toss together apples with 2T lemon juice in a large bowl. Add in celery. In a small bowl combine mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Add to apple mixture and gently toss until well coated.

Step 2Right before eating, stir in grapes, cheese and pecans. Serve on romaine lettuce leaves if desired. Sprinkle with crasins or golden raisins or both if desired.
