Ingredients
- 3 - very red apples (jonathan or gravenstein)
- 1/2 - lemon, juiced
- 3-4 - young stalks celery, cut in 1 cm (½ in) slices
- 100 g - (3½ oz) walnuts, lightly toasted in a frying pan
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- - sea salt
How To Make swiss apple salad

Step 1Cut the apples into bite-sized pieces and pour on the lemon juice (this will stop the apples from going brown).

Step 2Mix the apples with the celery, walnuts and mayonnaise, and taste for salt.
