Ensalada de Pimenton Dulce, Cebolla & Tomate
If you use a combination of bell peppers-green, red, yellow-this dish will be especially pretty.

fresh lime juice
extra virgin olive oil
bell pepper, any color, cut into thin rings
onion, sliced into thin rings
tomatoes, peeled, cut into 8 wedges
How To Make
Combine all ingredients except pepper, onion, and tomato and mix well.
Pour dressing over vegetables and stir. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
PER 2 TBS DRESSING AND EQUAL SHARE OF SALAD.
