Ambrosia is one of my favorite Salads. This recipe was given to me by my former boss, his wife made this delicious salad for a Christmas luncheon, it was enjoyed by all.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can(s)
    pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 14 1/2 oz
    jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 11 oz
    can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 8 oz
    container sour cream
  • 10 1/2 pkg
    pastel mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 c
    sweetened coconut, flaked

How to Make Sweet Ambrosia Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine fruit in a large bowl; stir in sour cream until coated.
  2. Fold in Marshmallows and Coconut.
  3. Cover and chill overnight.
  4. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
