We lost the original recipe..so we had to wing it by memory..we all loved it..so we will keep it

6 cups fresh spinach
1 - container fresh strawberries
2 cups watermelon cubed
1 - purple onion sliced into rings
1/2 cup cojita mexican cheese crumbled
1/4 pound bacon chopped

How To Make strawberry melon spinach salad

Step 1

I use about one half of the container of spinach I get at Sams club in the plastic tub

Step 2

Slice the oniob into rings and cut in half..slice the berries..cube the melon..fry the bacon and crumble..let cool
Step 3

Use a large bowl and stir together all ingredients with dressing..eat imediately
