1This can be made for one or for a crowd, so I didn't put any measurements. Place your choice of greens in desired bowl. Add apple chunks, sliced strawberries, grapes (1/2 them if you want to), shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes and black olives. Top with grated cheese or the cheese crumbles and chopped pecans. Serve with Vidalia onion or ranch dressing. Of course, leave out or add any ingredients you choose, but the above makes a very pretty presentation in a salad bowl and the combination of flavors is great.
