Ingredients
- 1 T. margarine
- 1/2 c. pecan halves
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 6 oz. pkg. fresh baby spinach
- 1 lg. granny smith apple, cut in thin slices, skin on
- 1/4 c. dried cranberries
- 1/2 c. Feta cheese
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. white vinegar
How To Make spinach pecan salad

Step 1Melt marg. over low heat. Add pecans & brown sugar. Cook & stir constantly 2-3 mins. Cool on wax paper. Add the rest of the ing. together & toss gently, add the pecans. Mix the oil & vinegar & pour over. Toss gently to coat well. This is also good with some fresh berries of any kind added, I have used almost everykind at one time or the other.
