I serve this salad with my Peachy Orange Cornish Hens. I have a small fruit theme going here.

  • 1
    large bag of spinach, cleaned and sorted
  • 1 can(s)
    small can of mandarin oranges
  • 1
    snack size, diced peaches
  • 1/2 c
    walnut pieces
  • 2 slice
    bacon, cooked and torn into pieces
  • 1/2 c
    sliced mushrooms (opt.)

  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c
  • ·
    hot sauce

How to Make Spinach Fruit Salad


  1. In large bowl, combine cleaned spinach, drained Mandarin oranges, and drained diced peaches. Toss, now add bacon pieces, sliced mushrooms (opt.) and walnut pieces. Toss again.
  2. Combine the dressing ingredients, adding hot sauce to your liking. Toss the salad just before serving with as much or little dressing as you like.
