  • 4 c
    fresh baby spinach
  • 1 can(s)
    mandarin oranges
  • 2 c
    strawberries, halved
  • 2 c
    blueberries fresh
  • 4 oz
    raspberry cranberry walnut frisco or glazed walnuts
  • 1/4 c
    seedless raspberry jam
  • 1/4 c
    pomegranate vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil

How to Make Spinach Fruit Salad/Raspberry Vinaigrette


  1. Toss spinach, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, glazed walnuts and place on serving dish.
  2. Combine raspberry jam, pomegranate vinegar, honey and olive oil.
  3. When ready to serve, pour over salad.
