I just love fruit salads!

I was searching one day on the web for an easy fruit salad made with lemon pudding....when I came across this "Delish" fruit salad, (few changes were made)....I made it, served it, family ate it, and I have been making it ever since! This salad is simple and taste great! Anytime someone says, "Bring a salad of any kind." I bring....Snappy Fruit Salad....quick, easy, simple, and full of some awesome flavors! Yum! Yum!

  • 1 can(s)
    peaches, sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple, chunks
  • 1 can(s)
    mandarin oranges
  • 1 jar(s)
    maraschino cherries
  • 1 large
    box instant lemon pudding
  • 1 pkg
    marshmallows, mini
  • 5
    bananas, sliced (save till ready to serve)
  • 1 medium
    cool whip, optional

How to Make Snappy Fruit Salad


  1. #1 Drain juice from peaches and pineapples. Mix together, set aside.

    #2 Empty lemon pudding in mixing bowl. Add pineapple & peach juice to pudding. Mix till pudding is blended good with the juices.

    #3 Add pineapple to the pudding mixture.

    #4 Cut up peaches and add in mixing bowl.

    #5 Drain mandarin oranges. (discard juice) Add to mixing bowl.

    #6 Fold in mini marshmallows and toss till blended.

    #7 Fold in Cherries.

    #8 Cover and refrigerate over night.

    #9 Just prior to serving cut up bananas and fold in lightly to fruit mixture.

    10) Fold in cool whip lightly if using.
