  • 1 medium
    container of cool whip
  • 1 (20 oz) can(s)
    crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 box
    instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    small marshmellows

How to Make Pistachio Salad


  1. Stir all ingredients together and store in refrigerator (covered) until served.
  2. Garnish the top with red maraschino cherries, halved.
  3. The cherry halves (or a sliced banana) are good mixed into the salad.
