Pistachio Salad

Easy and delicious, refreshing on a hot day. A must at our Easter dinner!
Ingredients

1 can(s)20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
-
1 pkginstant pistachio pudding
-
1 1/2 cminiature marshmallows
-
1/4 to 1/2 cnuts, chopped

1container cool whip
How to Make Pistachio Salad
- Pour entire contents of pineapple can into mixing bowl, including juice. Pour package of pudding mix into pineapple and stir gently until mixed. Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Put into serving bowl and cover, refrigerate. Can be made evening before.
