Easy and delicious, refreshing on a hot day. A must at our Easter dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 can 20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 - container cool whip

How To Make pistachio salad

  • Step 1
    Pour entire contents of pineapple can into mixing bowl, including juice. Pour package of pudding mix into pineapple and stir gently until mixed. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Put into serving bowl and cover, refrigerate. Can be made evening before.
