  • 1 can(s)
    20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 pkg
    instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 1/2 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c
    nuts, chopped
  • 1
    container cool whip

How to Make Pistachio Salad


  1. Pour entire contents of pineapple can into mixing bowl, including juice. Pour package of pudding mix into pineapple and stir gently until mixed. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  2. Put into serving bowl and cover, refrigerate. Can be made evening before.
