I attend many potlucks/cookouts in the summer and am always looking for an easy and good dish to take. This pretty pink jello cream cheese salad is a perfect accompaniment to any potluck/cookout.

Ingredients
- 1 small box strawberry jello
- 3 ounces package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar

Step 1Cook the jello, cream cheese, sugar, and pineapple together until the cream cheese melts. Cool. Put the evaporated milk in a bowl and place in freezer and get very cold. After it is really cold, whip until it becomes very thick. Fold the jello cream cheese mixture into the whipped evaporated milk. Refrigerate. ENJOY!!
