1Wash, hull, & dice strawberries in bowl. Reserve 2 whole strawberries for garnish. Set aside.
2In a large mixing bowl, pour drained pineapple & add the gelatin. Mix together thoroughly. Add cottage cheese & strawberries( you can use as many as you want...we like a lot of them). Fold in cool whip. Pour all into a bowl & garnish with fresh strawberry slices. Cover & place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
