A great salad for Valentine's Day and so easy to make!

Ingredients

1 can #2 crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 package strawberry gelatin
12 large marshmallows
1 pint small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup whipped cream

How To Make pink party salad

Step 1

Heat pineapple juice and enough water to make 2 cups liquid to simmering. Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid; add marshmallows and stir until melted. Cool until mixture starts to thicken; add pineapple. cottage cheese and pecans. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 2 qt. dish. Chill until firm.
